Before you ask
My hourly rate is published on my Upwork profile, so there's nothing to negotiate around — you can see it before you contact me. Fixed-scope work is priced against the number it moves, agreed in writing before we start. The packages above are exactly what they say.
I do. I scope it, I build it, and I'm the one in your meetings — you are not handed to a junior after the first call. On programmes too large for one person, I say so before you sign, name exactly who is doing which part, and stay accountable for all of it. No silent handoffs, ever.
Then I'll say exactly that in the first call, for free. Half of what I get hired for turns out to be a process problem with a boring, cheap fix — and telling you that is worth more to me than a project I can't put on this site afterwards.
